Default There's a new low-carb cooking show on the Food Network!

I was just looking around www.foodtv.com and it turns out that a new show, "Low Carb And Lovin' It," premiers May 9! Granted, it's on at midnight, but hopefully they'll replay it during days sometimes or move it to a new slot if it does well. The chef is George Stella, who I believe is the same guy who cooked a few dishes on that Food Network special a few months ago. There are already a number of his recipes posted, some of which look really good (can you say blueberry muffins?). Just go to www.foodtv.com and do a search for "low carb."

I'm so excited! I love the Food Network and I'm so glad that now there's a show where I know I can make anything the chef is making. Hooray!

I think I'll just set the VCR and watch it later - I hope they are really low carb.

Susan, the recipes on the website list nutrition info and they all look quite low-carb to me. I'd like to try a few of the recipes sometime. He's also having Dana Carpender on as a guest sometime soon, I see...

Yes, George Stella is the chef that was on the special low carb show. He and his family lost a ton of weight. I can't believe that it is on at midnight because that is the time that they play re-runs.

Another vote for TiVo!

I have a "wishlist" that grabs anything with the phrase "Low Carb" in the Lifestyle/Cooking category

TiVo...
