Smile Congratulations!

I was embarrassed to put a "self-congratulatory" post up recently - but we need more, not less of them! These are the types of posts that get me excited about what I'm doing! Think of how many people will see your accomplishment and think, "I can do it, too!"

You should be proud of yourself and happy to share your experience with others!

Shari

Thanks everybody for your kind words. I am glad my experience can help to inspire and motivate you, just as other's experiences shared on this board have done for me.

Regarding the before and after pics, not likely to happen. I will however give you my size change (I am male): Old Waist 48, New Waist 35...Old Chest 52, New Chest 42.

Congratulations on your work. Isn't it interesting how, given enough time and practice, we are truly able to modify our eating behavior and think of it as a way to live, instead of being on a diet?

I don't know whether you will decide to remain where you are or continue on down, but good luck either way! You should be very proud of your perserverance.

Whammy

Happy Birthday! 90 lbs that is so awesome. 200lbs is my next major goal before reaching my final goal. I just love reading about people who have made it that far. Thanks for the inspiration. Best of Luck on the those last few pounds.
