Default Bought a good book today

I bought a new book to add to my growing collection of low carb books. The book is called The Secret to Low Carb Success. I enjoyed the book so much I am almost finished with it lol. The book gives you an idea of all the low carb diets out there and gives helpful hints on how to break stalls and platues. Lots of good info thought I would share with you.

I just bought "Living Low-Carb" by Fran McCullough. I haven't started it yet, but it looks good. It also includes 175 recipes.
I also bought "Back To Protein: The Low Carb, No Carb Meat Cookbook" by Barbara Doyen and "Lauri's Low-Carb Cookbook" by Lauri Ann Randolph. (all from Amazon.com). I need some new ideas for recipes.

Deb,

I bought that book yesterday at CVS! I read half of it last night. GREAT information that is not included in the other how to books. Loved the part on stalls and plateaus, and that those should be taken in stride as part and parcel of this weight loss plan.

Plan to finish it tonight after work. I recommend it to EVERYONE eating LC. Great $7.00 investment. Answers a lot of questions.
