Default Dumb little question....

I really like to have a coffee in the afternoon sometimes. Can I have it with a dash of cream or will that throw everything off. Black - ugh! I can't drink it black.....

Sometimes I'll have coffee w/ cream in the afternoons mostly during the RM's. You have to see if it affects your weight loss. It's different for everyone.

To follow dah rules it's up to 2 oz. of half and half (or whole milk I believe) or cream, once a day outside the Reward Meal. Not to be split as in (I tried this trick once ) 1 oz., of half and half in a cup of coffee, and later another in another cup.

I know it's not a popular answer. I've learned to enjoy various teas a great deal...who knew there was such flavor out there in teas? And I mean the non-fruity, no flavors added teas

Yes, the advice by the Hellers was to finish the cup of coffee w/cream etc within 15 minutes.

Thanks so much girls! I'm kind of bumming about that but I can live --- or I can try it black *GULP* I guess. I went to the store today and stocked up -- I may follow Atkins tomorrow -- then begin CAD on Sunday. Reason being is we're going to a party Saturday night and I'd really like to have a few Merlots!!

I'm excited!
