While on induction is it possible to not eat enough?
I currently eat two meals a day with maybe a snack. As long as I get enough fat (maybe just eating a tablespoon or two of coconut oil) to ensure I get enough good fats. Would that be ok? Do I need to have 3 meals or 5 small ones? Is it possible to not eat enough?
Have you read any books yet on the subject? It would be easier to point you at written examples and comment rather then come up with a plan for you. I wouldn't trust ANY answer that I gave you https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Why_We_Get_Fat
He's a good book to check out. It's the only one I've read and it's NOT a diet book. There is however a suggested outline of a plan at the end that comes from this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNZsfluh0Uo
