Hi I remember joining this website last year and making the choice to eat low carb. What a great decision that was my body adapted to my new way of eating I was able to exercise, play sports with my friends and I didn't miss a step. This is kind of an update I would usually come on the site and read up but never really posted anything. Its been about 6months and 3weeks and I'm down 53lbs formerly 339lbs. I now weigh 286lbs gone are knee pains from playing basketball. I can breathe so much better when I sleep. I can now ride my bike in comfort! Before & after pics below thanks for all the encouraging posts and information! I Still have a ways to go

p.s. excuse my sweaty self I took these pics right after workouts lol
