A typical breakfast for me is: coffee with half and half and Splenda, two hard boiled eggs (warmed with butter and salt and pepper) or a two egg omelette with spinach, tomatoe, red onion, turkey sausage and provolone cheese... YUM.

I usually have a handful of almonds for a snack and it keeps me satisfied!

dinner is grilled salmon and grilled asparagus or a salad with tomatoe, onion, cucumber and balsamic vinagerette.

you're doing great very inspirational to read. do you find that your apetite is decreased now?
i've been doing LC my own way for a while but i've decided to get on board with atkins now, officially start induction tomorrow
