Default Carbing Up

As much as I was against the "carbing up" method, unfortunately it seems to work well. My going back to carbs is only temporary because of health reasons (ever try ordering low carb food in a hospital??) Oddly enough though I got on the scale this morning, after having now eaten full carbs for the past 3 days, and I'm down another 2 pounds or so.

What on earth?

I'm surprised that nobody answered this thread. In any case, I discovered that it wasn't the "carbing up" method that enabled me to lose weight; apparently it was Hyponatremia, which had put me in the hospital to begin with. It turns out a common after-affect of it is to lose several pounds.

Hope I didn't mislead anyone! I'm planning to get back to low carb slowly, already started slowly eliminating sugar again.
