Well, not sure these are all Must Haves, but that is what the Trader Joe's thread is titled.
A Keto at Costco video from Ask Nurse Cindy popped up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKtRhsKlGGc
and a request from a friend in IRL, so updated my list and am posting it here.
I hope that others add their favorite foods and deals.
I did look for waxed paper pre-cut squares, but no waxed paper at all in NC. Only pre-cut wrap was foil. Items can vary by store, and even more by region.

any full-fat, no sugar or starch added, if dairy doesn't bother you.
Heavy Cream, Half and Half, Daisy Sour Cream and Cottage Cheese, Cream Cheese, shredded mozzarella.
All Imported cheeses, not US, are usually from grass-fed, pasture raised cows.
All kinds of cheese…for strong flavor, I like English Coastal Cheddar, Real Parma shredded (look for cheese origin seals), goat cheese (also cranberry one at holidays for a pretty platter), gouda, etc. Like TJs, Costco has many cheeses, and many imported are generally pasture raised, at good prices but in larger sized packages.
Pimento Cheese, aka as Palmetto Cheese at Costco (may only be a Southern region item, from Pawleys Island, regular and spicy, uses soybean oil mayo if an issue) Chunky Organic Guacamole, comes in 3 pack or smaller take along size. Fresh salsas/Pico de Gallo.
, Paleo favors Almond Butter as peanut butter is a legume and can have mold, etc. Macadamias (not always in stock), almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews etc. most any nut is good, check carbs. The large can of southern peanuts are excellent. Nuts in both baking aisle and front snack area.
- any. There is a strong roast Organic Signature blend from Charleston Coffee Roasters (maybe only a Southern region product). Grinder is located near tires after check-out. Also the Kirkland 3 pound ground Columbia coffee in a can is a very popular “best buy”. I buy smaller boxes and herbal teas at TJs.
Flavored Sparkling Water - only spring water, CO2 , flavor essence. Nothing with artificial sweeteners. Deer Park in half liter bottles with 4 flavor essence, Pellegrino, Perrier, brand varies. Always check for the extra “coupons” for buys on cases of these waters, etc.

Paper products, Kirkland Laundry detergent, Vitamins (tons of them and OTC meds in huge bottles), Rental Car rates have beat all other reward clubs/deals we have, on-line contact lens less than the other discounter we had been using, keep watch on the monthly coupons for good deals… bought those new sharp ceramic knives and a set of pans for DD.
