Default potato chip monster

I recently went through some stressful changes and I've been really fatigued, I just need some time for the well to fill up again.

My resistance was down, and I succumbed to potato chips, which I haven't had in years. Used to be one of my "favorite" things. It's sad, it's like I wanted to do something nurturing for myself and haven't had time so I gave into the delusion that indulging in potato chips would make me happy.

They did NOT make me happy. At first I did like the old crunching sensation. But they were kind of rancid and after the first few all the sharp bits hurt my mouth. Plus 2 days of cravings and needing to go to VLC to try to restore my equilibrium.

Good reminder to be really vigilant when I'm overly tired!

Sometimes they smell so good when DH eats them that I take one or two, lick the flavourings off them and throw the chip part in the garbage.

I never cared for the potato part, just the seasonings.
