Yesterday I had a late breakfast of ribeye and two eggs although I could only eat half of the steak, it was really good and kept me full for many many hours.

Ham & egg off a Bojangles biscuit, 1/2 pkg Bojangles potato rounds, coffee. Had to go to grocery store this AM and didn't feel like cooking when we got home.
