thank you so much all of you *big hugs* im back home safely and went to see my disabillty advisor because he wanted to see how i was doing . it seems that the college will be getting a new weight lifting instructor soon . it seemed this was not the first time that this sort of thing happened with the instructor. so they are letting him go . i did bump into one of the women who were just standing there and she tried to make me feel bad. I just smiled and said i felt really sorry for her, she must really hate herself to make fun of someone who is struggling and was asking for help. and then I just walked away with my head up high . ^^

Some people are just mean, don't let them bring you down! They're not even worth the effort to think about. I'm really pleased that instructor is going away, I just can't believe how rude some people can be, people who are supposed to be there to help you! I'm really glad you took action and reported his behavior, perhaps if more people had previously done that, he would have been long gone by now!

I'm new to this forum and I haven't really connected to anyone yet, but I have to say I really admire the way you dealed with this and that you did not cheat on your plan!

Wow, I'm so proud of you for that response. I just read this whole thread and I was horrified to hear how you'd been treated. I can't believe that even a follow up with that woman didn't change her attitude, I agree, you're right to feel sorry for someone so uncaring. I'm so sorry you had that experience, but I think you've done great.
