Count me in too, this is my first challenge so I'll see how it goes.
I've actually been off Atkins since friday, I had a slight case of food poisoning (either from eggs or chicken) so the thought of eggs or chicken or anything fried was a complete no-no. All I could feel I could eat was toasted bread, so that is what I did and loads of peppermint tea. Once the stomache got a bit better, I also included icecream and other "forbidden foods" yum:
So I decided I would stay off Atkins for a week and eat healthily until then, and so far I have not gained an ounce, so that is quite good.
My goals:
- Start induction again on the 04. September
- Loose 10 pounds by the end of the month
- try not to eat any nuts for the first two weeks
- Drink more water
- Keep up Kung Fu twice a week
- Go to the gym in the mornings (tuesday, wednesday) while I still have the car (only this week)
- find a nice affordable replacement car
- go for a walk in the evenings (at least 30 mins) and maybe throw in a bit of yoga in case it is raining
ok, I think that is me done
