Tues AM 30 mins on the elliptical. Burned 329 calories. It was so very humid even as I left for the gym at 5:45! The gym was not much better. Too hot for me but I got the workout in!

Tues 4:30 a.m. -- too cold for pool today (54 degrees outside), so 2.4 miles on treadmill, 4.0 - 4.4 mph., incline 4 - 7, 408 calories burned. Will do weights after work.

Uh oh, quick everyone look busy! It's the boss(es)!

Welcome to Fern and TrainerDan!

I couldn't sleep again last night and gave back part of my hour to the snooze button. Did my BDWO for 30 mins and will have to pick up another 10 or so at the gym after my UBWO tonight.

Cheers,

Friday

Thanks for the welcome Friday!
No AM cardio for me this morning. I had a basketball game last night, and it was the most physical game I have had in a loooong time! The knees needed a break on the cardio today.

Wed.: No cardio for me either! I overslept -- guess my body was telling me that it needed sleep more than the exercise today. I promised myself that I will get up tomorrow, though!

Just hill-walking today. I crashed early last night and my body was telling me I needed a SHOWER! LOL *holds nose*

It's an off day for weights so I can pick up some extra cardio at the gym. Or I could go shopping.......

cheers,

Friday

Thur: I did get up this morning, but it was hard! Too cold yet for pool jogging, and it's been raining, so had to use treadmill. I was getting so overheated that I felt ill (that's why I love pool jogging so much -- I never get too hot!) -- had to stop after 1-1/2 miles. So, I did get in the cardio, but not as much as I would have liked: 1-1/2 miles, 4.2 mph, incline #6 (mostly -- got up to 7 for a bit, then down to 4 for cool down); calories burned: only 302 .

The usual - 30 min BDWO supplemented by another 10 or so mins after my weights tonight. Am stiffer than usual after last UBWO, too. Owwie!

Cheers,

Friday

*wide grin*

By chance do you mean 'famished' or 'ravenous'? Ravished would be fun, too, but Freud is having a field day.

Cheers,

Friday

I shouldn't have said anything and then you could have edited it, but it gave me such a smile that it really perked up my day.

Cheers,
