Default How do I add my BF to track in MY P.L.A.N.

I can't seem to find how I add my body fat % in my plan. I can add my weight to track, but I want to track my body fat too.

NEVERMIND. I just figured it out.

When you're on the weight chart page at My P.L.A.N., right above the weight chart you will see some other options. Click on Measurements and fill out the data. You will also see options for Calculated BF and Recorded BF. If you have entered all the data in Measurements, the BF options should work for you.

I don't track BF, so I can't offer more detail. Sorry.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I did get it figured out. I have a body fat monitor, so I like to check it since it seems to show more results that the scale.

By the way, I noticed your tagline says "Smoke free since Aug 5, 2008".

Can I ask how long you smoked for and how you quit? I have been trying to quit for ages and nothing seems to work. I've tried patches, the gum, the drugs, all of it. I have smoked for 16 years.
