Default Conquer Type 2 Diabetes with a Ketogenic Diet

Ellen Davis, author of the extensive website for Ketogenic Diet Resources, has a new book: http://www.ketogenic-diet-resource....betes-diet.html authored with Dr. Keith Runyan, a T1 diabetic.

Conquer Type 2 Diabetes with a Ketogenic Diet provides the practical information you need to implement the diet in combination with insulin therapy, diabetic medication and exercise.

I have purchased and had contact with Ellen about her other book, Fight Cancer with a Ketogenic Diet., http://www.ketogenic-diet-resource.com/cancer-diet.html .
An excellent writer, I assume her new book on Diabetes will also be thoroughly researched yet with practical guidelines for making a Ketogenic diet work in everyday life.

Dr. Keith Runyan (also a nephrologist) has an interesting story http://drkrunyan.com and has been interviewed by Jimmy Moore on podcast if you want to learn more about him.

The Ottobonis wrote a detailed book review of it on the Ketopia site. Diabetics Listen Up! came in my feed this morning:
