What is cronic cardio?

My son and the neighbor boys just finished up track and now are onto baseball. I work hard to encourage them to walk or jog so they move better and have stamina when playing the sports. None of these boys are die hards, they would rather play video games than jog a mile.

I have been trying to encourage them to go out so I have been going out with them. Its been 4 x a week roughly, 2 miles a time, mostly fast walking with some sprinting in there. Otherwise I've been doing some strenth training.

What is too much cardio? Am I hungrier? I don't think so, I have had 2 meals and a snack today.

LOL Well in that case I'm in good shape then.

I remember walking with my friend daily for 3-4 miles and briskly 3.5-4 mph. We are tall girls and can cover some area When I heard about cronic cardio I was wondering if I was causing more harm than good.

Jogging with a bunch of teenage boys feels like cronic cardio I got out of it this morning, they had baseball practice.
