Question hCG

Any tips on exercising while doing a 3 week round of hCG? I already exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 5 or 6 days a week, but I've never done hCG, and exercise, in this kind of heat before (it's been in the 100s for the past several days). Should I cut back? Do the same amount but listen to my body and take it easier if I feel I need to? Any advice will be welcomed.

You might want to post this on the hcg thread in the countdowns and challenges. I believe the advise is to not exercise or at least cut back.
