Unhappy Am I doing Fat Fast right?

Can someone please tell me if I am doing this right? I am not sure how many calories or fat grams to count....This is what I have eaten today.....
B/F
-2 fried eggs in oil

Snack
-1 ounce cream cheese with some pork rinds

Lunch
-1 ounce cream cheese with rinds again & 2 slices of corned beef(lunch meat)

Snack
-1 fried egg in oil

Dinner
-2 fried eggs in oil

Does this seem adequate? I have to admit I am certainly not hungry today.....

If you wanna try to keep track of all the calories and fat percentage that you intake you might want to try this site.

http://www.fitday.com

It's really helped me with the fat fast as far as counting my calories and making sure that I keep the necessary level of fat calories in my diet.

Fitday.com is the right way to go, but off the top of my head I would say you are doing well with what you are eating.

You're eating too much protein for fat fast. Here's a brief rundown:

Consume 1000 calories, at least 90% of which are fat. 15 grams of protein are allowed and 10 grams of carbohydrates.

Eat four 250-calorie meals or five 200-calorie meals.

Allowable food: cream cheese, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, avocado, olives, mayo, egg yolks, olive and other oils, chicken skin, whipping cream (liquid or whipped), sour cream, up to five pork rinds.

The directions for Fat Fast are in Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. You'll find it in the index of the book.

thanks Karen for the info Karen. I am afraid that the fast seems to hard for me...I think I'd do better on the meat fast which I'd like to give a try...seems more appealing...
