Default Sugar Free Jello pudding cups?

Are sugar free jello pudding cups allowed on Phase I? They are 60 calories.

Also is sugar free fat free frozen yogurt ever allowed in any phase?

Yes, the sugar free jello cups are fine.
The frozen yogurt is OK too as long as it has no added sugar and also, portion size is 1/2 cup. If you have trouble with that, you may need to avoid it.

Sweet treats, in general, are allowed daily up to 100 cals total.

are you talking about jello or pudding?
the jello is fine(that is if you do fine with aspartame) , but I don't think pudding is.. quite a bit of carbs.. like 12 or 13 per serving. It's made with milk.

I love the Jello no sugar added chocolate puddings. I put a small amount of non-fat cool whip on top and count it as my sweet treat! Delicious!!
