We are allowed 100 calories of a no sugar added sweet treat per day in phase I. If you chose to use Russel Stover for that, it is your choice. Make sure that you don't go over the 100 cals though. Russell Stover are made with sugar alcohols. If you eat too much of them, it can cause extreme digestive upset.
Please don't ask me how I know that! oops!

Another word of warning about sf candies......
Read the label.
Be sure to check the serving size. As I found out the hard way the packet I had was more than 1 serving.
I thought I was within the 100 cal but the packet was 2 servings.

YIKES! I didn't know it was 100 per day. Ok, I'm cutting down and gonna stay on P1 a couple more days than suggested I guess

They may seem like rules at first, they did to me also. I now see them as my guidelines so that I don't regain my weight.
