Default Pure Almond by Silk

I've been using Pure Almond by Silk (unsweetened). It is 35 calories per 8 ounce serving. No sugar and 1 gram of carbs. I think it is safe. I only have 8 ounces a day for a morning protein shake. Ingridents below. Thoughts?

Ingredients
All Natural Almondmilk (Filtered Water, Almonds), Calcium Carbonate, Sea Salt, Natural Flavor, Locust Bean Gum, Gellan Gum, Sunflower Lecithin, D-Alpha-Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Zinc Gluconate, Vitamin A Palmitate, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D2.

I am more general low carb than any one plan, but I drink unsweetened almond breeze by blue diamond. Similar stats to what you posted- this never been a problem for me.
I don't know the official SB answer- sorry! But I would imagine it is fine as both soy milk and nuts are allowed on induction.

Yes, I agree with Robin.
Its legal but you need to decide where you will count it.
nut allotment? dairy allotment?
What else do you put into your protein shake?

Good question.

I think I will count it as dairy actually as I'm not doing yogurt or much cheese at all.

Thanks so much.
