Default sbd advice needed

Hello all. I am a new to sbd. I am starting week two of phase 1.

Next week (still phase 1) we will be having a retirement party for a friend and a huge ice cream social. Ice cream is not tempting me at all right now, but I do not want to get myself into I spot where I am feeling like I am depriving myself of something by not eating. So I am thinking of healthier options to bring.

I am thinking of a sbd, phase 1 ricotta dessert with a a handful of berries on the top. I will be close to phase two, will the berries throw me off course? Other suggestions?

Good idea to plan for this event and not just go and wing it!!

You can also make up and bring a greek yogurt that you can flavor up with some nuts and s/f flavored syrup.
You've done well to not have any fruit and by next week, a few berries won't matter too much. But if you can do without, them all the better.
