Perimenopausal and NEED to be down by 60 pounds
Hello All.
I was on this forum 8 years ago and had lost 15 pounds in 2 months - to get to my ideal weight. In the last 4-5 years I ahve had several medical problems since im in early menopause at 43 and have among other things gained 60 pounds - migranes, depression etc etc. Im now resolving to go on SBD to lose the weight - everything else seems to be undecontrol.
I exercise two hours a day 5-6 days a week - I hour yoga, 45 min elleptical, 15 min meditation. But the weight refuses to budge, im also on HRT- which i want to wean off in 6 months.
Hereis my diet - any help on that is welcome!
On waking - 5-6 almonds
yoga
Breakfast - lentil pancake OR spinach omlette
Snack - soy milk natural
Lunch - salad with chicken
Snack - Yogurt
6pm snack cootage cheese
protien shake after work out
Dinner - One bowl beans/lentils/ one bowl veggies
It sgood to be back - i felt hugely supported the last time - im sure there is moresupport out there now as well
