I haven't been on here in a while. I was doing really well, my lowest was at 138 (I was also sick at the time), but then came the holidays and I blew it. I tried, but it is hard..so now I am back to 141.6 for the past week and I can't seem to get lower. Any idea? I was thinking about going a couple of days with eating all fruit until noon and nothing else... I don't know.
Anyways, great job on sticking with the pland and doing GREAT too...
