Default Hello!

Found the site via google, looking for a fc forum.
I'm fairly new to fc, just been doing it 2 weeks but have lost 5 1/2 lbs.
Feel so much better with this way of eating.
Look forward to chatting!

Hi Funky Mum,

Welcome to the site. There are a few of us here doing various versions of food combining but most members are doing low carb. I see you're also in the UK. Which plan are you following? They all seem to be based on Hays but some writers have their own biases.

Congratulations on your weight loss so far. It will probably slow down after a bit but stick to it. I know people who've lost 5 stone doing food combining!

Why don't you start a journal so we can visit each other. You are welcome to visit my journal and post comments whenever you like.

Good luck,

Robert

Hi

I am glad that you came to join us. Food combinding is a very good way of eating. I have been doing food combinding for awhile now and it really helps you lose weight and it isn't strict!! That is what I love about it.

Congrats on the weight lost already!!!

Good luck and enjoy
