Default Where can I buy egg protein powder

For my Australian friends. What exactly am I looking for. I found all the weight training powder saying protein, low fat etc.. Is there one specifically saying Egg protein cause I found egg substitute also?

Does the egg protein have a lot of carbs? I have been looking in Coles and Woolworths what section? Is it under the health foods?

By the way like some of the recipes please put up some more.

G'day Bywaterr.

Have you tried a Health Food Shop?

You'll find plenty of recipes either at "Low Carb Recipes" on the orange bar at the top of the page or in the kitchen section here.

Yes, I have seen it in the health food section at my coles supermarket. )

Is Egg Protein powder supposed to be used as a substitute for eggs?

Why would you need it if we are allowed eggs in our diet?

Elle.

No Elle, there is no need to substitute powder of any sort for eggs. (Sounds like rationing during the war somehow, doesn't it? )
I think that Bywaterr wants protein powders to help with weight training.
