Cool Salt and vinegar wings

Our local grocery store just installed a wing bar, and my favorite (I could eat them everyday) wings are salt and vinegar. So, I recently looked up a recipe to make them at home instead, save money as the store bought prepared wings are expensive.

I haven't tried this yet, and I figure I will substitute an alternative to the sugar to bring down the carb count. Seems like a lot of work, but if they turn out anything like the ones in the store, the time spent will be worth it.

Sounds tasty, but there are sooo many ingredients. Maybe it can be simplified.

I did find a salt and vinegar rub at buffalo wild wings website, but I can't see the nutrition facts for it to see how many carbs.

In non LC days I would get this salt and vinegar flavored popcorn seasoning powdered stuff (can't remember the brand right now). Maybe something like that would work if you tossed the wings in it after cooking. I remember it not having much on the nutrition label besides sodium so it's probably pretty low in carbs and even cals. I wish I was more of a help, sorry.
