Default Good Video for those short on time?

I am looking for something that gives results but I do not have an hour to do a video. Is their anything that give results in less than an hour a day?

Jillian Michaels - 30 day Shred:

http://www.amazon.com/Jillian-Micha...d/dp/B00127RAJY

Three 20 minute videos

They're hard (and high impact), but they kick your bum, lol

And, a personal favourite of mine - The Firm: Get Chisel'd:

http://www.amazon.com/Firm-Get-Chis...69882220&sr=1-1

40 minute DVD

EDIT - I forgot to add that The Firm DVD also includes a separate 15 minute cardio ONLY section for the days when you're REALLY short on time.

Thanks, do you need anything for the 30 day shred? What kind of exercise do they do?

If I remember correctly, you only need weights for The 30 day shred. I know there's some people on the forum currently doing this DVD. Here's a thread where you can get more information:

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=391345

Also, you can search "Jillian Michaels - 30 day Shred" on youtube and watch a clip... and read the reviews amazon (they usually give a lot of information).

Good luck!

I like anything by Teresa Tapp.

20 or 15 minute workouts. No equipment required, and can be done in a small footprint like a bedroom. The trainer used to work with models who have no time or space and travel a lot and need to keep the inches small as possible.

Very fun and they really get your heart up and your muscles sore.

Check out the Try before You Buy , and the physiques of the people who do it. Very nice.

I must mention 30 Day Shred again. It's a circuit program of cardio, abs, and weights. You do compound movements (like lunges and bicep curls) at the same time to bump intensity and reduce the length of the video. I really like it!

I would recomend the firm's Total Body TransFIRMation Kit. You can get it on amazon.com for around $30 and it inculded
the hand weights and 4 workouts that are 30 minutes and are
total body workouts. I've been doing these or about a month and I really love them.

I totally recommend fitnesstv.tv. They have a 30 day weightloss program you can download that tells you exactly what videos to do each day. They are 40 min videos and they totally rock. I just used barbells and they use cardio with lunges, squats, pushups etc incorporating the barbells in the mix. Total body workouts that really kick butt. They totally transformed my body. I have muscle definition i never knew i could get. I have continued to them after the 30 days but i started seeing great results after about 2wks. There are tons of other videos to choose from. Anywhere from 10 min to an hour. Its a great website and its free. I have tried just about all of their videos i think...lol I love them. Even the 10 min videos are tough. I only workout at home in the mornings and i do these everyday.

"I Want That Body" Tamilee Webb--3 10 minute workouts done with weights that target--abs, arms, buns (each section has 2 workouts--so 6 workouts total)

"20 Minute Express" Zumba

"Flat Abs" Zumba (yeah, you think you're dancing until the next morning)

I am doing the 30 day shred! It's only day 3 but I can feel the burn baby! Exercise on demand on cable is good because you can switch it up.

Don't like the 30day shred--sorry not a fan.

I love this 20 minute Shape workout---I lost a size just from the squats.

http://www.amazon.com/Shape-Minute-...80976540&sr=8-1

I usually do pushups on my own at the end for upper body and I'm done. Short and sweet.

I have been doing the 30 day shred since Sunday, it is a 20 min intense workout (at least for me) it has made me realize that I have lots of muscles under all this flab of mine.

I got it at Walmart and it was only $9, so if you get it and do not like it, then it is not that much of an investment.

I really like it so far and definatly feel the burn! I have lost 1 pound since starting on Sunday and can tell that my clothes are a little less snug already.
