Default Power 90 and LC

I don't know how difficult Power 90 is to the average joe, but I can attest that it is hell on earth for someone who hasn't exercised in several years. Luckily I am managing to stay on this exercise plan.

Anyway, in relation to a low carb diet (or in my case a practically no carb diet), not having that quick store of energy really manages to woop my arse about half way through every time.

maybe im just fat and lazy, we will see if things get easier in the next couple of weeks.

I luv Power 90!! Rewind---I luv the RESULTS you get with Power 90. It definitely is difficult but my past experience with it was great. I saw results almost immediately and every day could do a little more. On that note--it still was dang hard! And the 1st time I tried it I was SO sore I could barely breathe the next couple of days. lol.

Unfortunately I did not stay on the program as I'm CERTAIN if I had the results would have been terrific. My not staying on it had nothing to do with the program but just with me getting off course. I have tried other things here and there but to be honest have not experienced the same great results as I did with Power 90. So I'm going back to it....going back to what works. Just like LC.

As far as the lack of energy thing---I feel ya on that but for me I've only ever done Power 90 while also doing LC so I'm not sure if the lack of energy was from LC eating, being significantly obese, or my anemia, or all of the above. That said, I do seem to have more energy in the mornings then at the end of the day so I find I do better if I knock it out first thing in the AM. Also have you thought about increasing your carbs just a little? I'm not sure what your intake is now but if it's that low (almost zero) then I would try increasing your carbs a little (yet within the acceptable range) and see if that makes a difference in your energy levels for your workout. I'm thinking the payout--being able to stick with Power 90 program--would be worth it.

I was happy to see your post and see someone else doing this program because I just recommitted to the program and I am starting tomorrow AM. The hardest part for me is just getting out of bed at 5am. But I know without a doubt that it is worth it!

Good luck! Keep us posted on your progress!!
