yo yo, pilates
so, i thought id give this a try...my first private lesson is on monday, and i hope to join a class once or twice a week.
im hoping this will compliment my current workout routine, which usually looks like:
monday: upper body
tuesday: cardio and abs
wednesday: lower body
thursday: cardio and abs
friday: full body
something like that. what im wanting is more flexibility, and hopefully a tighter core...
any thoughts?
