No workout. Was going to mow the yard, but it rained so I have to do that tonight since I will be out of town for the weekend. blah

20 minutes elliptical ~ not sure of distance.
30 minutes treadmill ~ hills (sort of)

I know a lot of cardio, weights were swamped with people. Will do them tonight for sure.

Back to FBWO tonight with some cardio. Unless DH changes plans then it will be upper body with cardio.

I have missed posting a few workouts in here and really don't remember them.

Last night (5.20.08)
SS Cardio ~ 30 minutes.

I think I hurt myself somehow the other night, a leg muscle high up. Just freaking great! What next, oh I better not say that as something will happen. <knocking on wood>

Last night I was working with a personal trainer and she seems really good. (It was free that's the only reason I did it.) She did give me some advice on my form, which I am very grateful for. I will work with her again on Tuesday (again a free session)

First we did some dynamic stretches, then did one set of 15 of the following:

Box Squats/Bicep Curls/Arnies w/10lb dumbbells
Low Cable Rows ~ 40lbs (she made me squeeze my back as tight as possible and hold for 2 secs)
Incline Pushups
Stepdowns (kind of) stay on top of step bring knee up to waist height then act like you are going to step off, but don't touch the ground and come back up to the starting position.

Fun fun. Tuesday is more of the same, watching form and giving advice. One thing I learned, I was leaning too far forward doing squats. Nice to know

65 flights ~ 15 minutes
3.5 miles ~ 39 minutes

Not a bad workout, but need to dig deeper
