Default Body Opus Recomposition Calculator Available

Hi all,

I have summarised Dan Duchaine's Body Opus recomposition phase into a spreadsheet. Just enter your bodyweight and % bodyfat and the spreadsheet will calculate each meal for the recompositin phase. The calculator can be found here:

Hi Jesper,

Thanks for sharing.

You diary with body fat composition progress is very inspiring. It's an eye opener to some of us obsessed by the scale, that a loss of 15 kg, or 33 lbs can cause a a 19 point drop in body fat, when people focus on muscles and fat, not on weight.

One comment, on the diary page:

http://www.sizematters.com.au/docum...spers_diary.htm

It contains a broken link:

For information about my diet, go here.

Which links to: http://www.sizematters.com.au/docum...espers_diet.htm

But it doesn't work. Not sure if the page is under construction, or simply gives a mistyped address?

Looking forward to hearing more about Body Opus.

Wa'il
