I'm back to clean eating after a sugar binge on Saturday, and then several days of sloppy eating. I'll blame PMS and the physical stress of long hours at work and cycling over 100 km a week to get there and back. It just put me into I-don't-care mode. Oh well, that's why it says in my signature, "every day is day one." Maintenance is as easy or as hard as you make it.

Ive been in a cant be bothered mood over the last week, but the last 3 days ive been back on eating clean, so im signing back in to this challenge today...im booking a holiday for about 8 weeks time to somewhere hot so im going to stick hard to this challenge so I could (optional, lol) wear a bikini, thats a scary thought..

Hi everyone - just thought I would pop in and say hello - I am still clean eating, have lost count of the days and weeks but am now over 70% of the way to my target - I reached my initial target weight I set of 176lb but have now re-adjusted that to 150 lb - I am currently 171lb I think - still a bit of a way to go but I will get there - hope all of you are okay = I posted a couple of in progress photos last night and hopefully wont be too long before I can post my final photos

I was wondering what had happened to this thread, because I had found it very useful, even though I had decided to step back from it for a time. I see that my post updating my stats and explaining that I was dropping out for a while isn't appearing in the thread, so I apologise for the appearance of ditching without so much as a farewell.. However, I did think I'd posted to say that I had finished my week, but was going to be away from home so I wouldn't be trying to do the challenge for a while. Sometimes when the server is busy, the posts aren't added to threads, so I guess that's what must have happened here.

What I found was that because I had been so strict, I kinda went a bit mad when I loosened my limits. Maybe very strict dieting isn't for me. However, I want to give it another try - perhaps for a few weeks - just to see if I cannot finally break the 168lb base. I'll not start today, but over the next few days, I think I'll dive back into my Atkins book, and see if I am doing something wrong, then set myself some goals.

P.S. Congratulations to Stephonice! I hope it's still going well.
