I did her 3 mile WATP this morning, along with an upper body workout. Water? Hmmm, I think I'm on my 3rd 16oz. How much water do you all shoot for in a day?

Hey ladies!

Just finished my 3 mi. walk/jog with wrist hand weights and I'm half way through my 52oz. of water.

Mini-
I always get in at least 52oz. of water daily. I've read that you're supposed to drink (in ounces) half your body weight. Just what I heard somewhere though. Once you get started you actually thirst for it.

Interesting, half of our body weigh, that would mean that I need to drink 77.5 oz. I have had 28 oz thus far. I can do this!

Years ago, I was told that you should drink your weight times .07 or in my case;

155 x .07 = 108.5 oz

Working on my second 28 oz bottle now, got a ways to go..........
Okay, I am cooled off and ready to go take a nice warm bath now. Be back later.

Okay, sort of using the average of all of your ideas, that would put me at needing somewhere between 90 and 126 oz. I have a 16 oz container with me all day long that I refill and that would mean needing to drink between 6-8 of those a day. I think I probably do that pretty easily most days. I've always been a big water drinker.

I think I'll try adding in my Walk/Kick DVD to the mix. It's alot like kick-boxing and a short 30 min. workout, I think it's 2 miles. That would give me a total of 5 miles a day. I'm sure I wouldn't do all 5 at once though. You know I have to try & keep up with you Stacy You go girl!!!!! I'm sure your body is looooving all the water too! Keep it up.
