Hi There!

I am new to this web site but not new to LC. I was on CAD last year and lost 80 lbs and have since gained back 30. It seems I am more sensitive to carbs now so I have switched to the Atkins diet. I have been on for two weeks and haven;t had great results. I think it may have to do with TOM, I hope so! I look have read a lot of the posts and look forward to reading them in the future.

Welcome to the forum canadagal!

This site is full of great information. Keep reading and posting on a daily basis.

I think a bit of resistance happens when we return to LC after leaving for a while, but it can be overcome with diligence, a good carb counter and patience.

Are you just finishing up induction?

Karen

Cool

Yes, I just finished induction a couple of days ago. One thing I was doing before and not doing now is an aerobic breathing exercise program called Oxycise! It is a great program I just have to get motivated to get started on it again. It only takes 20 minutes/day with no sweat and no pain. I also find it very relaxing and a wonderful stress reliever. I think I'll give it a whirl tonight before I go to bed. If I Oxycise! in the morning, it gives me unbelievable energy for the day. If I Oxycise! before I go to bed, I sleep like a log.
