Hi everyone! I lost on atkins years ago but 2 kids and 70 pounds later, I am ready to hit the beach and get healthy FOR LIFE. I just couldn't sustain an atkins woe, but SB is healthy and liveable!

So, I got me my SBD book, the 200 quick meals cookbook (2 kids means I can't devote lots of time to cooking) and I am READY!!!

I weigh more than I ever have. I get winded and sweaty chasing my 2 year old and I look awful. I have to change. I just have to. I hate the person I have let myself become.

So I will post here for reassurance and let you know of my victories, and I want to hear yours too. Today I am 235 pounds. I hope in a few months I can say I am below 200!!
