I Did It!
This has been a long battle but worth every minute of it! I still watch everything I put in my mouth for the most part but one day a week I'll fudge a little.
I went from around 170, which is what I weighed when I had my babies) to 128 in year and a few months. The last 15 pounds came off slowly.
I WILL NEVER BE FAT AGAIN! I feel so much healthier!
