Default Karen I'm so proud of myself I've become inventive!

I use cans of natural peeled stewed tomatoes in place of tomato sauce. I save big on the carbs. I get the ones that are sitting in Italian spices and then I add what I want (e.g. crushed garlic) as needed.

In other news, I totally found a DANDR friendly home-made Ice Cream!!!
I'm going to post it up on the recipe section with the nutritional information included.

wheee!!!
