anyone see Oprah today?
It had the Dr.s that she had on other shows before , the author/s of 'Your Body , the Owner's Manual' (or something to that effect) So much of what they said to follow we already knew from Dr. S. It was an interesting show! They even recommended fairly moderate exercise. I think 30 minutes of walking just about every day, an hour per week of "working up a sweat" type, some weight resistance, and yoga. I am going to check her web site and see if there is more info.
