Default Does Anyone Make The Bean Brownies?

I know there are lots of South Beach bean brownie recipes floating around the internet, and even the newest South Beach cookbook has a recipe.

I've never tried it. Anyone make the bean brownies? Do you like them? Thanks!

I don't know if this is the same recipe but here's a link to the infamous "farting cupcakes" and NO they didn't make anybody fart but it was a pretty hysterical thought

Progress not perfection.

I did make the Black bean Brownies before, I really liked them, but my kids and hubby could tell they were not the REAL deal. And you have to make sure you either eat them fast (which should not be a problem if you like them or freeze most of it, because they DO go bad very fast (matter of 2-3 days)

Thanks for that link. I've read people either love them or hate them. I'll probably enjoy them! My tastes are off the beaten path anyway!

I haven't made the brownies but made garbonzo muffins and spice cake.
I think garbonzos are the beans that have the least obvious taste.
I decided to add a little coconut flour next time just to lighten them up a bit.
Lauren's site, healthyindulgences has a cupcake recipe.....
