Default doc switching me from prozac to efflexor

Has anyone been on Efflexor, Im switching to it tomorrow, prozac worked great for a few years then stopped, my depression is very bad now,

worried about this pill. weight gain and what ever, but I cant continue like this,

please get back to me if you have any possitive feedback for me.

Default I haven't used it.

I haven't needed this drug, but I have a friend who is taking it and said that it did wonders for her. I will have to ask her about weight gain and other side effects.

BTW- she just fell in LOVE so her mental outlook is a WHOLE lot better than before. I think the reason her depression set in was from lonliness.

I hope that you find relief from this dibilitating disorder.

I have one other option, taking wellbutrin with the prozac is supposed to work very well,

I think I may try that first....sounds safer to me.

Everyone I know who has been on Wellbutrin has lost weight while on it - even those who weren't trying to. Best of luck.
