im new to this as in writing it out and some of the machines i use i dont know much about. will learn along the way

gym 1hr
thigh crunches at 4kg
shoulders and top of arms 4 kg
chest press 4kg
ab top and sides
weight dumbell bicep ( i think ) normaly 2kg
walking machine
cross trainer
rower
cycle
walk 2 times daily 20 mins with dog
tuesday 18/3/08
walk 2 times 20 mins with dog
