Default Back to the Basics

Since I started a journal I thought I might as well start an exercise log as well. For anyone who reads this I am no exercise pro (as you can tell) and I might be off on what certain exercises are called, so pardon the wording
Well here goes;

Since I have two little ones at home I do my exercises throughout the day, sparadically.

Wednesday

Cardio: 25 min Tae-Bo

Free Weights:
7lbs shoulder lifts (5 sets, 12 reps)
7lbs dumbbell curls (5 sets, 15 reps)

Semi-Pushups x100

Okay, I really need to get back on track here...well on track at all anyways
I don't have time to go to the gym, but I am trying to walk at least 30 minutes each day and I'll start doing semi-push-ups again...well its a start.

Well, not a lot to post here, but I did do 20 minutes of stairs yesturday and went for two 30 minute walks...so that's something.
Goal -> to start adding some medium weights
