Default Walking towards my goal....

Today I did 3 miles this morning.. very tired.. very sore... body is just not ready for this kind of drama.. but you know what.. OH WELL... I plan on walking at least 5 days a week, and doing strength training as well.

My first weigh in will be January 5th.. I will not be a slave to the scale, nore will I allow the scale to discourage me from reaching my goal.

This the first entry.. and I am more than sure there will be many more to come.

Did a 30-minute workout via DVD: Lesline Sansone's walk and kick.. very good workout..

Keep up the walking. Looks like you're off to a good start. Throw in some variety to your walks to keep it interesting.

Today I did 30 min. Walk and Kick Video, will go and look for other work out Video's tomorrow.

Going to the mall this morning, will wear my pedometer to track progress. Will try to do at least 5,000 steps before I get back home!

I haven't worked out in 2 weeks.. I am ashamed of myself.. no pity party here.. because there's nothing to it but to do it... so if I truly want to work out.. I'll find a way... simply put!

Today was cardio day, ran/brisk walking for about 15-20 minutes.

Tomorrow will be/should be upper body training with weights.

Its day 3 of week 2 and so far this week this is what I have done

Sunday- cardio walk/jog 20 minutes
Mondday- same as above
Tuesday-Upper and lower body work out with weights
Wednesday-cardio jog/walk 20 minutes

Day 2 of week three and so far on yesterday I did UBWO and light cardio.. today I did HIIT cardio, tomorrow will be UBWO at the gym.. I'm going hard...
