Pulled my Induction goal and had to give up most of my dancing bananas, darn weekends. I added the *try a new LC recipe* goal, thanks for the idea Nancy!

Yes, I agree Becki - darn weekends. Did great Sat., no problems. Yesterday, however, I wasn't so great because of the Super Bowl. Food wise I ate almost okay, except a small slice of cheesecake! That just makes me sick because cheesecake is so easy to make low carb, so to cheat on that just peeves me off, but I blame it on all the beer!!! As you see, I'm up a pound today because of the darn beer... grrrrr... Oh well, back to my program today.

Just going to put a plug in for this "My P.L.A.N." thing (see toolbar at top, it's in yellow right now). I started playing with it this morning and although there are a few bugs, as most new things have, I've found it to be much better than fitday for keeping track of food and exercise (among many other things, too!). Just to note, I had NOTHING to do with putting this thing up, I just thought it was really cool and thought I'd share.

Hi all,
I also screwed up this weekend so my weight is up and I also got into alot of sodium so my eyes and fingers are all swollen. I am not posting my weight as my official weigh-in day is Friday but let's say I am heavier.

Somehow I'm up another pound today? What's with that. I'm counting it as water weight from my tough workout yesterday and from the 14 glasses of water I drank, so I'm not reflecting it here unless it stays (it'd better not!! *shakes fists at stomach*).

Up another pound today, so I'm back where I started a week ago. Tried a new recipe today, (Swiss Onion Quiche )so that goal is accomplished for the week!
