Haven't had to be here before in the almost three months since I started LCing.
But yesterday I blew it big time.
Last week was really crappy...Lots of emotional issues and depression...
To make a long story short, I gave in to my incessant pizza craving. Ate a whole chicken alfredo pizza from Olive Garden. About half there, then finished it off last night at home...
I guess it COULD have been worse...could have done Pizza Hut and still been eating leftovers today......
Just wanted to get it off my chest. I have failed at this so many times, I am just trying to keep myself honest and accountable.
Back on the wagon today, but three pounds worth of damage done.....Plus the realization that I may NEVER not eat emotionally...

liddie01 is right...keep coming back, surf around and see what other folks are dealing with and how they deal. You can certainly be successful at this...this is just one bump in the road. Forgive yourself (we do!) and just keep on going!
