Default I ate a fruit leather

I felt like I was cheating, but I started my run and 10 minutes in I was still dragging hard. I ate an all-fruit-leather with no sugar added, it was 10g carbs. I finished my run and did more than a mile extra by accident I felt so good. IDK that this is bad...I'm thinking I should try something before my runs, maybe this is the answer, but it doesn't fit the plan.

I drink a atkins shake about 30 mins before my workouts and that works ok. All and all as long as your working out hard you can deal with a rollup without too much problem.
