Default 10 LBS so far

I'm so happy. I finallly hit the 10LB mark. I feel great, my cravings have almost dissappeared. I feel that I am in complete control. I exercise every day, situps, leg, and arm strength training, and 2 days a week 30 min on the treadmill(I go to my in-laws out of town to use theirs)otherwise I'd love to do it everday. Still looking for good recipe ideas. I love to cook! My clothes are definetly fitting looser. I am in a size 14 sometimes 16 depending on the style, my goal is to get into a size 9-10. That would be soooo great, and then go from there. I think I've pretty much accepted that I will never be able to be completely off a diet I will always have to watch what I eat. Oh well as long as I look and feel good.

Have a Great low carb day!

Sounds like you are clearly on the road to success. 10 lbs is such a wonderful number, it truely means that you have accomplished a goal. Here's to continued success.

Lightbulb diet is not a 4 letter word

hi wannabfree

congrats on the weight loss and you go girlfriend with all that exercise!

and, if you really think about it, everyone is on a "diet". (or probably its more accurate to say that everyone has a diet) whether it be a frozen dinner diet, a high-carb low-fat diet, a mcdonald's diet, or a low carb diet.

you're just choosing this "diet". (the right diet)

Yeah for you and 10lbs that is awesome!

And for the exercising, I find that makes more of a difference than we can see right away, but it will pay off KEEP IT UP!!
