Default New Journal Started

Jackie,

I started a journal and thank you for the suggestion!

I wasn't sure I would like just blabbing to myself...but it did feel good to do it.

Thank you again!

Ok... I know this is a shameless plug for me but I posted an after shot of me in my gallery. Just wanted you all to see the wonders of tae-bo. Don't know how I would have gotten through this WOL without a little Billy in it. Hope you all have a great evening.

Thumbs up

I recently ordered my first taebo workout (Billy Banks Basic Taebo). I tried it for the first time this morning. It was a challenging workout for me but I guess I'll work my way up. I can still feel it in my legs, this must mean that it is working. I enjoyed it!

Default tae bo

Hey guys!
Just wanted to join in on the praise for tae bo. I've been using it on and off since it came out. I always carried most of my weight on my lower half and was so frustrated that I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon for liposuction on my outer thighs. I saw the adds on Tv and thought what the heck. Bought it and did the advanced tape 5-6 times a week. It was easy to fit in because if I didn't have time for the full tape then I would to the standing cardio portion which is just over a half hour. Well, 4 weeks later, I cancelled the surgery. It was a miracle for me. As an added bonus my abs (which were flat anyways) weren't just flat anymore, they were down right ripped, and I never had to do any floor crunches for them.
Highly recommended.
Also, after doing this for a couple of months I added some firm tapes and alternated. Lost 50 pounds FAST!

Jackie, I seen your pictures. You look wonderful! I'm going to definitely keep doing the Taebo.......very motivating!

Jbelfoi, it sounds like you have done well with Taebo as well. I'm going to keep up my workouts. I can't wait to see results.
